Yesterday I shared a very important story of animal rescue in Houston that mentioned the huge stray dog and cat problem in the city and surrounding area.
The Elvira Factor 12: Houston We Have a Problem
As regular readers know Daddy Kiril frequently takes his camera with him when out and about and, if he spots a cat will try to take photos to share.
Yesterday, between 10 and 11am, as he pedaled to work on his bike, he encountered 3 cats in a 20 minute period, in the part of Houston between Tarnef and Renwick and Bellaire and Beechnut.
This cat was taking a nap in a spot that one might think would be uncomfortable...
but, upon zooming in for a closer look, it appears the cat made arrangements with its human that make discomfort a non-issue.
Soon, daddy came across this cat, no doubt checking for Squirrels.
One tough cat...look at the marks around the nose.
Daddy almost didn't see this one.
As with uncollared cats it is often difficult to say if the last 2 are passing through or live with the human whose yard they are in, or elsewhere nearby.

Those are quite the street scene for these kitty!

Hello, Ruckus!
Daddy joined the Blog Paws Newbie Group with the hopes of finding time to encourage newbies.
You see, he, and my mentor, Angel Nikita, began blogging way back in 2002!
I have been blogging since 2010.
That being said, daddy, Sneakers, my protege, and I still are learning new things. :-D
