Street Seens 69: OK, Ladies, Don't All Swoon at Once

Oh, daddy! Hey can I get unfixed at this late date? What a ma...

Oh, hi, sorry, got carried away there by the neighbor cat a few buildings over in our complex.

I had to assure Daddy Kiril and Nikita I was just kidding!

 

Daddy had just walked in a gate, next to a driveway and parking, this evening, when he saw this  adorable hunk of man cat lounging on the top of a parked car as if he owned the thing.

When the dude didn't flinch, as he approached, letting daddy give him a real good chin scritch, daddy hurried home to get his camera.

The cat was real friendly, sprawling on the grass, letting daddy give him a belly rub...actually begging for it, daddy said, hee, hee!

 

A lady, by a nearby car, told daddy the cat was not a stray and lived in the apartment he was hanging out in front of.

Soon, the door opened and daddy chatted with the young, well-dressed, black woman who picked the cat up to put him in the house before she got in the car; She said his name was Zion (Z, for short), an unfixed,  very friendly, 5 year old.

He had no collar and daddy suggested she might want to get him microchipped, explaining to the interested woman about the procedure and its benefits.

When he asked why she hadn't got him fixed she laughed, saying she "didn't have the heart to take his manhood."

Daddy said she didn't appear to have anything to worry about as none of the "ladies of the street" in the area were "ready, willing and able" as far as he knew, hee, hee!

Zion is a beautiful young man, but his owner doesn't sound very responsible. Maybe your dad can talk to her more about neutering, micro-chipping, or at least a collar with an identifying tag!

It would be so sad if she lost him.
