Daddy Kiril was in the Inland Empire, yesterday, visitng old haunts from his life before I entered into it, when he was passing the former home of his God Parents, around the corner from where he used to live, in a neighborbood, just east of Pomona College, by the railroad tracks...
Suddenly he spotted a black Cat sashaying down the sidewalk, as if it owned it. :-D
When it went into the yard next door to the former home of his God Parents, Daddy spotted a young man, and asked him about the Cat.
Her name is Ophelia, and she came into their lives a decade ago, and is of uncertain age.
She wanders the neighborhood, friendly with those she knows and, like the young man, probably knew Daddy's God Mother before she passed away in 2006, although she probably got something other than oranges to nibble on via that friendship. :-D
What a beautiful black cat!
Glad that there are people in the neighborhood who are looking out for her.

Daddy said the Cat lives at the home of the young man, but apparently roams the neighborhood as she pleases. :-D
