Bad Kitty was founded, by its originators, with the goal that it would be something where creativity and friendships were sparked across the Cat Blogging World.
Bad Kitty is a Festival where submissions are Feline Focused only, and while Hosts have on occasion offered Themes of the Week, or Month, no-one is required to base their post on that theme.
The Bad Kitty Home Page has sections that tell more about its history, about being a host, and a lengthy Q & A about submissions, as well as links to previous editions so you can get a flavor for the fun.
Submissions are accepted all month long and you can submit more than one! ;-D
The Cat Blogging Fraternity is a vital, fun, supportive, and informative one, in all its variety, what with Facebook, Catster, Twitter, YouTube, and other Video, and Social Networking, sites, playing their own vital roles in this success.
So let's get started!
1. Over at Life From a Cat's Perspective...Samantha and Clementine use their, um, Collage Smarts, to show just how bad they can be. ;-D
2 and 3. OK, in this entry we have the Baddest Bad Ass Pussy of the whole month of August, hands down!
He even hangs out in Nipium Dens he's so bad!
Over at Jack of all Shades and Shadows...Tengzing out does himself, in this thorough, beautiful, expose of Badness! And he's only a Kitten! (Note to self: Don't let Elvir see this, and get any ideas.) ;-D
Persephone was so put upon than she had to preserve her reputation for Badness for the rest of the month!
For a 4+ year old blog they sure have been quiet. If this is representative of the years past...more please! ;-D
4 - 8. Over at Missy Blue Eyes...everyone was bad last month except KC, it seems.
Little Miss Innocent sent in reports on everyone else, though, yup, you betcha! ;-D
Not to be outdone...Smokey says..."Me, too!"
Of course BJ had to share a Poem Sol & Smokey wrote to flout their badness. ;-D
9. For 1 week in late August it was Scafflaw Week (Over 25 entries, at least, thru the week!), hosted by Housecat Confidential.
Actually I wasn't mad at her.
I was quite proud, actually.
You see it took her so damn long to figure out there was one more level to the Tower that I was beginning to wonder about her eyesight! ;-D
Of course now she has notions of hopping over onto the bookshelf, next to the Tower, but hasn't gotten up the nerve yet. ;-D
Anyway there was lots of Badness in our home, last month. ;-D
10. Like I said...I was so Bad that I was GOOD! (Guess ya had to have grown up in the 'hood to know what I mean, hee, hee!) - Cat, Nikita Cat...Agent 00Pussy
11. My Bad Self showed coolness under fire as Elvira tried to show how "Bad" she could be. ;-D - The Great Stroller Battle Sequel - Schooling the Young Whippersnapper!
12 - 14. As everyone knows, by now, Elvira WAS bad last month...but it was all the fault of her hormones. ;-D Elvira's Excellent, and Horny, Adventure
15. Because of Elvira Mistress of Pussydom it's never boring, now, when Daddy is away. ;-D
Sunday afternoon....
While Daddy took Elvira out for a Stroll, something about trying to find out Victoria's Secret while why they couldn't chase dozens of colorful candy balls around a found of water, contained in a in a blocks worth of oranges...If I understand Elvira correctly, when they got home, I took a snooze.
Having just awakened I get a heads-up from Jan's Funny Farm has an entry from yesterday! ;-D
16. Buddy sets out to prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he is NOT the only mischief-maker among the Funny Farmers. ;-D
