If you think HE looks bad, you should see his poor bicycle! ;-D
Cycling Dude Goes SPLAT! Bike Clings to Life in Intensive Care! (All the gory details, and pictures!)
Anyway, when he walked in the door, at 130am, we were waiting for him.
Elvira took one look at him, and said...
"Hey, Nikita, Daddy don't look so well, do he?
Haven't I been saying this girl was a smart Kitty? ;-D
I immediately went to work!
I helped Daddy focus on the important things...Feeding us, then getting into the shower, and then feeding himself.
I told Elvira to keep an eye on him to make sure he stayed extra long in the shower, and she did a good job on this assignment, watching from her spot on the lid of his Litter Bowl. ;-D
After he checked his e-mail we tucked him into bed.
We learned, later this morning, that there was a Special Package for us from Elvira's new Godmothers, KC, & Momma ML, but that could wait until Daddy returned from a visit to the bike shop, and after we gave him some hugs, and purrs upon his return.
Elvira is developing a promising Daddyside Manner. ;-D
***UPDATE - 7PM Sunday***
Thank you, everyone, from all of us, for the Purrs, and Purrayers!
Looks like Dad Kiril is in good hands, um, paws.
Nurses Nikita and Elvira will take good care of him.
Love & Purrs from all of The Sherwood Kitties

Uh-oh, it looks like the bike got the worst of it.
Maybe you and Elvira should be nursing it instead of your human, Nikita!
MOL, okay, I am also sending your human healing purrs.
I hope his injuries prove to be way less severe than the bike's!

We know your Daddy will get better fast with the two of you taking care of him.
On the other paw, that bike doesn't look too good.

Maybe Dad needs to stick to taking you guys out in your stroller which, by the way, I am now looking at for my two kitties!
You inspired us.
Feel better soon.

Glad to know you checked out okay, that always helps.

Glad the report from the hospital showed no broken bones - is Nikita being Matron and Elvira Nursing Sister?
Hope you don't get used as a guinea pig for their bandaging practice.
Seriously we are pleased that you weren't more seriously injured when you came off your bike.
Luv Hannah, Lucy and mum Sue xx xx xx
