THE GREAT STROLLER BATTLE OF JULY 20, 2010
Hello, everyone!
The Bonding continues...(Part 1 is here)
Tuesday morning had lots of excitement, as my Stroller Nap was interrrupted by the ever energetic Elvira, who suddenly noticed the contraption because I took my first nap inside it since before she entered my life. ;-D
ELVIRA: Hey, Mr. Nikita, what's the Big Blue Thingie?
ME: It's a Stroller.
ELVIRA: What's a Stroller, Mr. Nikita?
ME: I'll tell you about it when I think you are ready.
ELVIRA: Hey, Mr. Nikita, let's play Whack -a- Paw!
ME: Yawn...Oh, alright, it's not as if I won't have time to catch up on my Beauty Sleep once Daddy goes to work.
ELVIRA: What's Beauty Sleep, Mr. Nikita?
ME: Stop calling me Mr. Nikita! It's OK to just call me Nikita, little one.
ELVIRA: OK, Mr. Nikita. Boy, this is fun!
ME: You need lots of training, kid, but you DO have quick paws for one so young.
OK, I'll admit it, it was a fun, and stimulating, few minutes.
Not only am I finding having a Feline Companion, for the first time in years, acceptable, but I'm finding it quite stimulating, and I think I could really enjoy having someone other than Daddy to play with, from time to time. ;-D
And...If letting Miss Elvira, think she actually WON our little game, then fine...anything to begin the process of building up her confidence, and self esteem. ;-D

I wonder if you are being misleading there Nikita and little Elvira beat you easily at Whack-a-paws?
Will there be enough room for you both in the stroller for outings or will Daddy have to get a twin version?

Yup, being a big brofur, yoor doing it right.
I could easily sit on either of my sisfurs (or both at the same time) and win all our ressling matches but, I like to let them win and then let them wash my ears or back of my head or top of my tail (dem is hard to reach spots!) to make it up to me.

What a goof, we know he lets us win, we actually like to wash him otherwise he'd haf dirty ears, back of head and base of tail all da time!
