What's with the Siamese?
That makes 3 that Daddy has seen now! ;-D
Forget that... the most interesting thing was that Daddy encountered 4 Cats in 20 minutes, yesterday afternoon.
Maybe word of mouth is spreading in the Long Beach Feline Community about this human, on a bicycle, waving around a Flashy Box, and everyone is suddenly keeping an eye out for him.
How else to explain 4 in 20 minutes? ;-D
Cats can be so nosey when we want to be, ya know? ;-D
January 29, 2010 - Long Beach, Ca.
Daddy saw this Siamese on the steps of its home, and figured that would be only Cat he'd see.
A few blocks later Daddy came upon this property with a lawn that rises as a hill, from the street, before leveling out, and at the top...was this Cat, calmly surveying its surroundings.
A half block away, and across the street, cautiously peeking out from the bushes, Daddy saw what appeared to be either a kitten, or at least a youngster.
Daddy, and I, both found the markings on this Cat, sitting on the front porch of its home, to be interesting.

Our official thank you note:
Thank you so much for all the purrs and prayers for our little Hansel.
It means the world to us- and we truly believe that, with everyone in the Cat Blogosphere - it's how we got through all of this.
We don't know what we'd do without everyone!
Hansel is doing very well - walking around, but we did have to put his cone on - as he thinks he should eat his sutures.
He is eating, taking meds, drinking, using the litter box, everything is fantastic!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
-mom bean,
and the whole gang!
