 This month we sampled Sojos Natural  Freeze-Dried Turkey Liver Treats for Cats...and Elvira decided it was best to let me do the blog post this month, hee, hee!

We received this product in exchange for our and Daddy Kiril's honest review and no compensation other than the product was given to us.

 

  The Mr. Chewy page for the Sojos brand Cat products shows 5 items...catnip, freeze-dried cat food and 3 flavors of freeze-dried cat treats.

Clicking on the link for this particular  product gives you more infor on the contents of the 1 oz. bag of treats...

Details such as:

"This single-ingredient treat features 100% raw turkey liver that’s been gently freeze dried to protect the natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals" and "High-quality turkey protein delivers essential amino acids and rich nutrients."

Friday  the Bearded Lady and I couldn't wait to give it a try...

Elvira Mistress of Felinity had to be talked out of valuable nap time for our initial try out of the treat.

 

Maybe it was due to grumpiness over being awakened, I don't know, but Elvira was wary from the start.

Texas Tuesday #8: Orlando...Humans Helping Animals, Animals Helping Humans

The last few days have been a trial...for humans and the animals who love them, in the city of Orlando, in Florida.

There was a terrible act of violence perpetrated, at the nightclub called Pulse, early Sunday morning; 49 humans killed, possibly more, and 53 wounded.

Good evening felinity assembled, Sneakers the Texian Tuxedo here and I will not be linking to a story about this act of Islamic terrorism committed by one evil human...you can look them up yourself, if you haven't already.

 

I want to share 2 stories that will not get the coverage they deserve in the aftermath of this tragedy.

 In May we sampled Primal Treats Jerky Organic Chicken Nibs!

 

 

We received this product in exchange for our and Daddy Kiril's honest review and no compensation other than the product was given to us.

 

The Mr. Chewy page for the 2 and 4 oz packages for cats shows 7 varieties though not much promotion of the product, but click on an item and the page for that item goes into much more detail.

Details such as:

"produced using organic chicken raised in the United States without antibiotics or added hormones, and contain no preservatives, grain or gluten"

"As a single source protein, Jerky Chicken Nibs offer a healthy bite-sized snack for cats"

 

  They are also:

  Grain-Free, Gluten Free

  Organic and Made in America

  With 38% crude protein and 41% crude fat the pieces looked like kibble, but we were still game to give them a try.

The Chelsey From Chewy video about them was cute and funny.

 

 

Each of us reacted differently to the treats.
