When Daddy Kiril went to work, last Wednesday, he didn't expect a feline overload, but that's what he got.
He caught 4 cats on camera on the ride in and one on the night ride home.
On the night ride he saw several more cats but the light was not good enough for good photos.
Yesterday he left his camera at home and, wouldn't you know it, he saw a pair of humans rescuing a hungry kitty from a tree! He said the men could have been burly linebackers for the Texans!
They used a bowl of wet food to get the kitty within reach to grab while several other cats they feed just stood around and watched them help the new cat.
Anyway, here are the Wednesday felines...
Daddy saw these two on Sands Point, near Allday.
The first cat was intent on going someplace until it saw daddy, then it turned around and changed course.
The 2nd one eventually ran across a large patch of grass and hid behind a bush.
Daddy caught this cat, on Darnell, just off Bob White, jaywalking, then pausing for a rest in a driveway. Did the cat live in the house or was it just debating investigating the open garage behind it? Silly daddy didn't think to ask!
Just down the street, on Bob White, near Imagene, was an interesting scene; Look closely above the fence, on the left in the first picture, and you will see the face of a dog!
The dog was telling everyone within hearing that there was a cat in the front yard, but the cat didn't seem troubled one bit about the possibility of someone coming to chase it off.
Do these two know each other and this is part of a daily routine, sort of like Sam Sheepdog & Ralph Wolf in the old cartoons?
This was the night kitty, seen by daddy on Braewick, near Kuldell.
