Good evening Felinity Assembled!
Nikita here and I am pleased to report that we are able, at last, to bring you the first entry in this series from Houston! :-D
The last entry was back in August, in Garden Grove, Ca.
Earlier this week, Daddy Kiril made several trips to MLK Clinic, in South Houston, on Swingle.
On Cullen he saw a group of goats in a fenced in yard.
According to daddy the buildings nearby, including the home, on this large property, looked, um, interesting :-D
Doing a google, for "Grumpy's Goats", found a lot of entries, but nothing related to this bunch.
Daddy decided to walk by the place, take a couple of photos, and see if he could overhear anything interesting. :-D
Daddy believes that these goats either have issues with the neighborhood strays, or are putting on an act for him because the one on the left may have recognized daddy from somewhere, and had ordered his compatriots to put on a show for his benefit.
He suspects the latter. :-D
Word seems to have spread of our arrival in town. :-D
****UPDATE - Dec. 7th****
Our friend Amanda Socci did a Google and managed to find the person responsible for the sign.
A man named Ray Heinrich, who runs the website Idle Workshop from his home on Cullen.
According to his site he is involved with graphics, woodworks, and web development.
And then there was this on his resume, along with an image of the sign on his website: "Grumpy’s Goats – Developing the company’s identity, logo, website and related items for the business of goat farming."
Still can't find a Website for the business, but this is still interesting. :-D
NOTE: For more from the daddy cam see the archive!
Daddy, like the fictional Dr. Doolittle, understands the words of many critters, and the things he's heard them say, about cats especially, have always been interesting to us.
Far too many humans have no clue how often cats come up in conversations among other animals...now daddy, and Meowsings, set out to reveal what is going on right under their noses. ;-D
