Good evening Felinity Assembled! Nikita, here, and boy do I have a story to share!
Elvira Mistress of Felinity and I went to the vet, today, for check-ups and health certificates, as we prepare to move to Houston, TX, next week.
When Daddy told us what was going down in the lobby, while Elvira was being seen, and our paperwork finalized, I knew I had to share the tale.
4 young teen boys, 3 Hispanic, 1 Black, came in with this little guy who 1 had found in the bushes outside their school, after class, an hour before.
Apparently knowing about The Cat Care Clinic they came right away.
The ladies behind the counter told Daddy that rescues like this are a regular occurance for them, in fact, one of them had recently brought in a slightly older kitten that her blind Doberman discovered!
Daddy took pictures and notes, saying the little guy was brave and curious, even a little stubborn, at first, about the idea of a bite to eat.
Probably because he was not yet old enough to be weaned from his Mom.
What happened to his Mom, and any sibblings, is not known, by the teens, or by the poor kitten.
The Cat Care Clinic, of Orange, Ca., will take care of him for now, and try to get him fostered, or better yet, a forever home.
Join us in sending Purrs and Purrayers to the little one, even share the story, especially if you live in Orange, or LA County...
