Good evening Felinity Assembled!
Remember the responsible parents, with Kittens in tow, spotted out our back window, in the complex next door, early last month?
2 weeks ago Daddy spotted the Mom, and 1 Kitten, in the bushes near the front of our Apt. Bldg., but when he came back with his camera they were too deep in for a clear photo.
Someone had left a small bowl of kibble for them, it seems, and the bowl was empty.
Which brings the story up to yesterday afternoon...
When Daddy opened our door, with his camera on his belt, he saw a dark blur, on our 2nd floor walkway, so pulled his camera out, and moved to the stairs just in time to see the Mom Cat leave the stairs, and haul tail for the nearest bush!
So Daddy went to investigate the bushes across from our building, and near our stairs.
He found Mom & Pop, together in the bushes!
Again, someone left a little bit of kibble, or water, it seems.
A close-up of Pop shows a tough ol' Dude unafraid to pose for a pic as long as Daddy didn't get too close (Thank Ceiling Cat for Zoom! Hee, hee!)
When Daddy came around behind the bush...Mom Cat hauled tail, and Pop hissed, and covered her retreat. :-D
See him under the bush?
Where did they go?
Among the pipes underneath the building next to ours, next to those bushes.
See Mom Cat in that opening?
Is this where the Kittens are?
One of the groundscrew has told me she has seen her with one of the kittens, early in the mornings, so maybe.

Cool! Daddy cat is sure a responsible pawrent!
But reading abouts them sure makes me happy that me has a happy home.

I am glad that someone is putting down food for them and hope they are getting enough.
I think Daddy Cat looks a real sweety.
Your dad did good getting those pictures.

I am really glad that someone is giving them kibble.
I do wish they had a home.

We wondered if your Dad could link up with any local feral rescue/rehab projects and see if this little family can be helped.
It doesn't take long before one family turns into a hoooooooge colony.
It's a tough deal bringing up babies when you have no home :(

We're sooo glad to hear that everyone's doing fine and has food & water!
We agree with Oliver & furmily that it would be good to see if there's a feral cat group in your area.
If you don't know of one, you can see if the Alley Cat Allies' directory has one listed for there.
